The Zenith pump controller by Pulsar Measurement is a high specification full-featured pump station management system. The combination of ultrasonic measurement and control and monitoring of pumps and other control functions makes it possible for utility companies across the globe to reduce the use of expensive PLCs and provides savings when it comes to programming costly logic and pump control programs.

Featuring DATEM analysis and an easy prompt-led setup, the digital inputs allow the unit to respond to no-flow conditions and impose routines that ensure energy costs are minimized and pump efficiency is maximized. This small pump station control unit is ideal to minimize expenses on PLC installations, allows for works managers and operators to get a good overview of the pumping process, and enables them to schedule predictive maintenance to get the most out of pump station equipment and instrumentation.

Conversion of the level measurement into stored volume throughput with the ability to accommodate a variety of well shapes and to custom linearize for non-standard wells is included. A useful feature for monitoring local flow changes and for well capacity performance when part of an integrated system.
